Alderviq is written and maintained by one person. If a guide is wrong, unclear or out of date, the fastest fix is to say so here.
Who is behind the site
My name is Thomas Evans and I live in Hobart, Tasmania. I started keeping notes on crop and flower puzzle boards because the in-game tutorials explain the buttons and not the rules, and the notes eventually turned into this site. I am not a developer at any of the studios covered here and I have no inside information about them.
What I can help with
- A guide that describes a board incorrectly, or that describes a version of the game that has since changed.
- A level type or mechanic that is not covered and probably should be.
- Broken links, images that do not load, or anything unreadable on a phone.
- Corrections to the legal pages, including anything about how your information is handled.
What I cannot help with
- Lives, coins, boosters, gems or any other in-game item. I have no way to grant them and I do not sell them.
- Account access, transfers or recovery. Only the studio that runs the game can do that.
- Refunds. A purchase made inside a game is a transaction with Google or Apple, and their support handles it.
- Anything asking me to promote a modified build, a private server or a currency generator.

Replies normally go out within one business day. If a question needs me to go and replay a level to check something, it can take a little longer.
